By accessing or using BypassCopy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
BypassCopy is an AI text humanization tool that rewrites AI-generated text to help it appear more human-like and bypass AI detection systems. You retain full ownership of the content you submit. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

BypassCopy offers a membership-based service billed on a weekly cycle. Your membership level is determined at signup: the Starter experience begins with a one-time introductory rate, while the Premium experience begins at the standard weekly rate. Once your membership is active, your selected level continues automatically each week so you enjoy uninterrupted access.
Payments are processed securely through GCash via Antom. We never see or store your payment credentials. You may stop your membership at any time from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the current billing week. See our Refund Policy for details.

BypassCopy is a paid service. An active membership is required to use the humanizer. New memberships begin with an introductory-rate first week.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions.
BypassCopy's name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your submitted content remains yours — we do not claim ownership of it.
BypassCopy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. Any prepaid fees for the remaining billing period are forfeited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you via email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
